France blew a 2-0 lead against the South Americans

France and Barcelona left-back Lucas Digne suffered a scare in his country's 3-2 loss to Colombia on Friday when he was forced off in the 75th minute with a muscle injury.

"I don't think it's anything serious," the Barça defender said after the game, who expects to remain with Les Bleus for the friendly against Russia on Tuesday.

Digne's place was taken by Atletico Madrid's Lucas Hernandez, who was making his debut for the France national team.

France took a 2-0 lead against Colombia at the Stade de France with goals from Giroud and Lemar but contrvied to throw their lead away, eventually losing 3-2 to the South Americans.

Muriel and Falcao drew Colombia level, with Quintero's 85th minute penalty sealing the comeback.

As well as Digne, Samuel Umtiti also started the game for France, with Ousmane Dembele coming off the bench and Yerry Mina playing for Colombia.
