The Italian side have also spoke to PSG about Leandro Paredes

Report in Italy say Juventus are working on alternatives in the case that a swap deal doesn't come off with FC Barcelona involving Arthur Melo and Miralem Pjanic.

Pjanic, 30, is keen to move to Barça but Arthur, 23, is not keen to go in the other direction. The Brazilian has made it clear he wants to stay at Camp Nou.

Tuttosport report that Juve are also keen on Paris Saint-Germain's Leandro Paredes and Chelsea's Jorginho, with Pjanic as possible bait in both deals, too.

According to the reports, Arthur's the Italian side's preferred option, but his desire to stay at Barça could force them onto Paredes or Jorginho instead.

ARTHUR OR NOTHING?

Barça are keen to offer other players for Pjanic but Ivan Rakitic and Arturo Vidal don't respond to their needs. They want Rodrigo Bentancur to take on a bigger role and would like Arthur, a younger player, to play alongside him.
