Barça present Manchester City with a new offer for Eric García
Ronald Koeman wants Garcia to reinforce his defence before the transfer window closes
FC Barcelona have made a new bid for Eric Garcia. The first offer they made, which was rejected, was for €8m plus variables. Manchester City initially demanded €30m for the young defender but are now ready to accept just €20m. However, even €20m is too much for Barça to spend right now.
According to various British outlets, Barcelona have made a €15m bid for Eric Garcia. City have yet to make a decision on whether to accept this offer.
City have signed Nathan Ake and Ruben Dias to reinforce their defence but Pep Guardiola doesn't want to lose Garcia. Barça are looking to move on Samuel Umtiti and Jean-Clair Todibo to free up space for the Catalan defender to return.
