Barcelona are now ready to listen to offers for Ousmane Dembélé

The club feel Ansu Fati is the man to lead their attack and would sell Dembele should a big offer come in for his services

There are going to be changes at FC Barcelona this summer and the club are willing to listen to offers for certain members of the first team. One of those names who is no longer 'untouchable' is Ousmane Dembele.

As of right now, the plan is that he would only leave on a permanent deal or on loan with a compulsory future transfer included. This stance could change the longer into the transfer window it goes.

Barça remain convinced about the French winger's potential but they are open to letting him go should they get most of the money they invested in him.

Dembele's situation is complicated. He arrived as one of the most expensive transfers in the club's history and, when fully fit, he's shown his ability on the pitch.

We're talking about an exceptional player but injuries have taken their toll and have stopped him from establishing himself in the team on a regular basis.

Unfortunately, he's spent most of his time at Barça on the injury table and there's a concern about his muscle problems.

The Ansu Fati effect

During Dembele's latest absence, Ansu Fati has broken onto the scene. Barça feel the La Masia graduate is a more reliable option for next season and this means Dembele's playing time, should he remain fit, is likely to be limited.

However, Barça don't intend to give Dembele away on the cheap or just loan him out for the sake of it. It needs to be a sizeable offer and one which takes into account the player's immense quality. Dembele is happy at Barcelona and would rather stay, but this could change if the right club makes a bid for him.

PSG and Bayern have enquired about Dembele's availability but neither are willing to take a risk on a player who has missed so much time through injuries.
