Luis Enrique will start working from January 1
The coach will connect with his team in December but begin afresh in 2019
On Tuesday SPORT reported that Luis Enrique, after being presented as Spain's new coach, will attend the Euro 2020 draw on Saturday. He will be part of the RFEF delegation along with Luis Rubiales, the president, and sporting director Jose Molina.
Once back in Spain it's forecast that Lucho will not go to the RFEF City of Football until January. His contract begins then, along with his second era, officially, in charge of Spain.
The first matches Luis Enrique will take on are friendlies against Holland and Germany. 2020 is the 10th anniversary of Spain's World Cup win in South Africa and the centenery year of La Roja.
