PSG are working on a contract extension for Dani Alves. The former Barcelona defender's deal expires on June 30 and he's been key in Thomas Tuchel's schemes.

"I think the club and the agent are talking but (giving out new deals) is not my job," said Tuchel ahead of the game against Nimes. "Dani is Dani. He is very important, and his attitude is great. He's unique, his energy, his success, but I'm not involved in the operation. I hope the club and his agents will come to an agreement."

Alves has played 58 games since signing in July 2017 from Juventus, impressive considering he had a knee ligament injury too. He's won his place back in the side since.
