The Brazilian could quit the French champions at the end of the season

Paris Saint-Germain don't have Neymar as tied down as it seemed. According to El Larguero on Cadena Ser, the Brazilian has a clause which would oblige the club to let him leave if he reaches an agreement with another club.

According to the reports, Barcelona believe that during the negotiations with PSG to leave the Catalan club in 2017, Neymar and his father and agent, Neymar da Silva, managed to add to the mountain of money and sponsorship deals a clause which would come into effect from 2019.

The clause has a similar value to the price PSG paid for him (222 million euros): he can leave the club next summer for 220 million euros.

What's more, PSG have accepted that the year after, from the summer of 2020, the clause can drop to 200 million euros, according to the information Barça have.

The reports coincide with the news, once again, that Neymar and his people have expressed their regret to Barça about having left their club. They have also even suggested they are ready to press PSG for an exit if Barça want him back.

However, that doesn't close the door to a move to Real Madrid, who remain interested in Neymar and have been since he moved to Europe -- and before.

Cadena Ser also claimed Neymar's almost came to tears last summer when he confessed his desperation to the Barceloba board. The club do not believe he will remain in France until 2020 and expect him to leave PSG next summer.
