Football Leaks reaveal PSG pay Neymar 100,000 euros a day
The Brazilian's salary is worth nearly 40 million euros annually
German newspaper Der Spiegel reealed the details on Sunday
Paris Saint-Germain’s signing of Neymar is without doubt a huge financial operation. On top of the 222 million euros the French club paid to sign the Brazilian, you have to add the stratospheric 37 million euros the player is receiving annually.
That’s what has been revealed by German newspaper Der Spiegel, citing documents leaked by Football Leaks which reveal the amounts involved in Neymar’s arrival. His monthly salary is 3,069,520 euros, which equates to daily earning of more than 100,000 euros. To give a better idea of that, Neymar is earning 4,167 euros every hour.
It’s no surprise, then, that Neymar lives like a king in Paris. It was revealed earlier this week by French magazine Paris-Match that the player has rented a mansion which was built in the 1950s to live in. The cost is 14,000 euros a month. The house is 1,000 m2, has five levels and the grounds in total are 5,000 m2.
