Takayuki Yoshida was sacked after a bad run of results

Juanma Lillo is Andres Iniesta's new boss at Japanese side Vissel Kobe. The Spanish coach was presented on Monday after replacing Takayuki Yoshida, who was removed from his duties after four consecutive defeats.

Lillo has committed to coaching the side for the remaining two-and-a-half months of the season and the following year. He will be joined by assistant Íñigo Domínguez and fitness coach Jorge Muñoz.

The 52-year-old has had an extensive coaching career, taking in teams such as Mirandes, Cultural Leonesa, Real Sociedad and Millonarios.

Most recently he worked with Jorge Sampaoli as the Argentine's No.2 at Chile and Seville before taking over at Atletico Nacional last year.

Despite never coaching at the top level, he's held in high regard in the football world and is one of Pep Guardiola's biggest influences.
