Pucelle suffer defeat on the road, at the hands of Valencia on Sunday

Valencia beat Real Valladolid with a thumping 3-0 victory on Sunday at the Mestalla. Valencia arrived at the game looking pick up points after losing their last game 3-2 to Barcelona. Valladolid had managed to pick up a single point in their encounter with Real Betis. As it stands, Valencia are currently 13th with 39 points from 35 matches, while Valladolid sit in 17th, with 31 points from 35.

The Bats started strong in the second half and were able to dominate, with an early second effort from Maxi Gomez in the 48th minute. They then scored again, increasing their advantage thanks to a goal from Thierry Correia just before the final whistle with a final score of 3-0.
