Valencia 1-0 Eibar: Maxi Gomez the difference at Mestalla

Valencia enjoyed a mesmerizing home victory against Eibar at Mestalla on Saturday. Valencia faced the encounter with a desire to add more points to their locker after a draw against Real Valladolid (1-1) while Eibar won 3-0 the last league match against Granada. Following today's result, Valencia is 6th in the LaLiga table with 31 points from 19 matches, while Eibar sits 16th with 19 points after 19 matches.

The first half of the game started in favour of Valencia, with a goal from Maxi Gomez in the 28th minute, finalising the first half with a 1-0.

There were no goals during the second 45 minutes of the game.
