Sevilla 0-1 Athletic Bilbao: Williams leaves three in the title race

And then there were three. Sevilla’s title charge died quietly, with about as much oomph as the way they snuck into the race, behind Spain’s big three.
Inaki Williams’s goal was something to behold at least, on the break and perfectly placed into the top right corner, just dipping under the crossbar.
Julen Lopetegui’s team had dominated the game, creating plenty of chances but not sticking any of them away.
Lucas Ocampos, Ivan Rakitic and Youssef En-Nesyri all came close, with Unai Simon playing particularly well in goal for Athletic.
Sevilla tried what they could and tried too hard in the end, caught on the break in the 90th minute for Williams’s finish.
