Real Sociedad squeeze past Osasuna in 1-0 win
Its a positive end to the season for Real Sociedad as they see off Osasuna with a victory
Real Sociedad beats Osasuna 1-0 on Saturday at the Estadio El Sadar. Osasuna were hoping to get something from this game, following a previous defeat to Atletico Madrid. Real were coming off the back of a 4-1 win against Real Valladolid. Following the final whistle at the end of the last game of the LaLiga season, Osasuna are in 11th place on the table and has 44 points while Real sit in 5th with 62 points after 38 matches.
After an un-eventful first half, Real continued to pile on the pressure in the second and were rewarded, with Juan Manuel Perez finding the net just before the final whistle. The game ended with a 1-0 victory for the visitors.
For Osasuna, Jon Moncayola, Jonas Ramalho, Ante Budimir, Jony and Javier Martinez Calvo, came on for Lucas Torro, Unai Garcia, Enric Gallego, Enrique Barja and Inigo Perez. Real brought on Carlos Fernandez, Adnan Januzaj, Ander Barrenetxea and Roberto Lopez, to replace David Silva, Portu, Mikel Oyarzabal and Alexander Isak.
