Huesca beats Athletic Bilbao 1-0 on Wednesday at El Alcoraz. Huesca arrived at the game looking pick up points after losing their last game 2-1 to Cádiz. Athletic Bilbao, on the other hand, were unable to beat Osasuna in a 2-2 draw. As it stands, Huesca and Athletic Bilbao currently occupy 17th and 9th spots in the league, with 33 points and 46 points respectively after 36 matches.

After an un-eventful first half, Huesca applied pressure in the second and were rewarded, thanks to a goal from Sandro Ramirez in the 61st minute. When the final wisthle blew, the result was 1-0 to Huesca.
