Madrid earned hard-fought win over Valladolid 1-0 at Santiago Bernabeu

Madrid staggered past Real Valladolid in a 1-0 victory on Wednesday at Santiago Bernabeu. Real Madrid went into the match knowing victory after winning away by a 2-3 victory against Real Betis while Real Valladolid had to settle for a draw in the last match played of the competition.
