Osasuna earn hard-fought win over Levante 2-0 on Friday at Estadio El Sadar. Osasuna faced the encounter with a desire to add more points to their locker after a draw against Real Valladolid (0-0) while Levante fell defeated by 0-1 in the last match they played against Alavés. At the moment, Osasuna is 10th in the LaLiga, having garnered 28 points from 21 matches, while Levante sits at 13th with 26 points after playing a total of 21 matches.
There were no goals during the first half and the first part ended 0-0.
Osasuna boosted the game in the second half, with a goal from Ruben Garcia 81 minutes in the game. Later, Osasuna scored once more and increased their advantage 2-0 thanks to a goal from Inigo Perez 84 minutes in the game, finalising the game with a 2-0.
As for substitutions, both coaches used full substitutions. For Osasuna Robert Ibanez, Inigo Perez and Marc Cardona came on for Ezequiel Avila, Roberto Torres and Adrian Lopez, while Levante brought on Jose Luis Morales, Nikola Vukcevic and Hernani to replace Borja Mayoral, Gonzalo Melero and Erick Cabaco.
The referee booked David Garcia, Robert Ibanez and Darko Brasanac from Osasuna, while for Levante Jose Campana, Nikola Vukcevic and Ruben Rochina saw a yellow card as well.
Levante and Osasuna will play at away stadium against Barcelona and Villarreal respectively.
