Joaquin signs new Real Betis deal until 2021
The winger's deal will go until he is nearly 40
Real Betis winger Joaquin Sanchez, their captain, whose contract expired at the end of the season, has penned a new deal. He will stay for one more season. The club revealed that he has agreed an extention until 2021.
"Betis have renewed their captain Joaquin Sanchez," said the club. "He arrived to the youth academy at 16 years old and became one of the most important footballers in Spanish football over the past couple of decades."
