Travelling Granada thrilled to secure a win against Valladolid on Sunday

Granada strolled past Real Valladolid with a 2-1 win on Sunday at José Zorrilla. Both Valladolid and Granada came from defeats in their previous league games. Valladolid were hoping to get something from this game after losing 1-0 to Barcelona in their last match. Granada, on the other hand, were beaten 3-0 in the previous match against Villarreal. At the moment, Valladolid are currently 17th with 27 points from 30 matches, while Granada sit in 8th, with 39 points from 30.

The first half of the game started well for Valladolid, thanks to Fabian Orellana finding the net just before half-time

Granada continued to apply pressure in the second and were rewarded, with Jorge Molina finding the net at the 78 minute mark. They then scored again, increasing their advantage thanks to a goal from Quini just before the final whistle with a final score of 2-1.

For Valladolid, Miguel Angel Rubio, Pablo Hervias, Marcos De Sousa, Nacho Martinez and Shon Weissman, came on for Javi Sanchez, Toni Villa, Sergi Guardiola, Saidy Janko and Kenan Kodro. Granada replaced Yan Eteki, Fede Vico, Maxime Gonalons and Jorge Molina for Yangel Herrera, Angel Montoro, Luis Suarez and Victor Diaz.

There were bookings for Saidy Janko, Ruben Alcaraz, Jordi Masip and Bruno Gonzalez from Valladolid. For Granada, Jesus Vallejo and Luis Suarez saw yellow.

Valladolid will next play Elche away, with Granada facing Eibar at home.
