Mallorca on Sunday lost to Granada on an away defeat at Los Carmenes. Granada and Mallorca arrived at this match after suffering a defeat in their previous league game. Granada arrived with the intention of regaining victory after losing against Eibar 3-0 while Mallorca fell defeated by 0-2 in the last match they played against Sevilla. As of today, Granada is 9th in the LaLiga, with 27 points from 19 matches, while Mallorca sits at 17th with 15 points after playing a total of 19 matches.

Good start of the game for Granada, thanks to a goal from Angel Montoro in the 24th minute, finalising the first half with a 1-0.
