Granada went pass Sevilla on a hard-earned victory of 1-0 on Saturday at Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes. The two teams arrived at this challenge after drawing their last game. Granada arrived with the intention of increasing their league score after a 1-1 draw against Cádiz while Sevilla scored a 1 draw against Barcelona, adding a point in the last match played of the competition. As of today, Granada is 2nd in the LaLiga table with 10 points from 6 matches, while Sevilla sits 7th with 7 points after 6 matches.
There were no goals during the first 45 minutes and the first half ended 0-0.
Granada boosted the game in the second half, with a goal from Yangel Herrera in the 82nd minute, and the game ended 1-0.
