Getafe suffered a home defeat against Granada at Coliseum Alfonso Pérez on Sunday. The two teams arrived at this match having taken good results. Getafe arrived with the intention of increasing their league score after winning at home stadium by a 1-0 victory against Barcelona while Granada came from winning 1-0 against Sevilla in the last match played. As of today, Getafe and Granada are tied on 10 points sitting in position 7 and 9 respectively after 7 matches.

An impressive opening from Granada, with a goal from Angel Montoro just before the end of the 45 minutes, finalising the first half with a 0-1.

The referee booked Jaime Mata, Mathias Olivera, Djene and Enes Ünal from Getafe, while for Granada German Sanchez and Yangel Herrera saw a yellow card as well.

Getafe will play against Valencia at away stadium, while Granada will face Levante at home stadium.
