Eibar enjoyed a mesmerising home victory against Granada at Ipurua Municipal Stadium on Sunday. Eibar wanted to continue adding points following a disappointing 1-1 draw with Barcelona in their previous game. Granada were able to continue their winning streak after a 2-1 win against Valencia in their last match. As the table looks today, Eibar are in 12th place on the table and has 19 points while Granada sit in 6th with 24 points after 17 matches.

After an uneventful first half, Eibar started the second half on an intensified spirit, following Bryan Salvatierra opening the scoring, 55 minutes in. Later, Eibar scored again and increased their lead thanks to another goal from Bryan Salvatierra, scoring his second goal, 76 minutes in to hand victory to the hosts.

For Eibar Anaitz Arbilla, Yoshinori Muto and Sergio Alvarez came on for Takashi Inui, Sergi Enrich and Kike, while Granada brought on Yan Eteki, Alberto Soro, Jorge Molina and Victor Diaz to replace Maxime Gonalons, Robert Kenedy, Roberto Soldado and Carlos Neva.

There were bookings for Pape Diop and Edu Exposito from Eibar and German Sanchez for Granada.

Eibar will next travel to Levante, while Granada will face Barcelona at home.
