Celta and Real Valladolid draw 0-0 on Friday at Municipal de Balaidos. Celta arrived with the intention of increasing their league score after winning away by a 1-3 victory against Villarreal while Real Valladolid lost by a result of 0-1 in the previous match against Sevilla. At the moment, Celta and Real Valladolid occupy position 18th (13 points) and 14th (18 points) respectively after playing a total of 15 matches.
Both sides were struggling to produce anything in the first half and the teams went to the dressing room locked in a 0-0.
The second 45 minutes ended with little further action at either end and goalless.
As for substitutions, both coaches used full substitutions. For Celta Fran Beltrán, Rafinha and Gabriel Fernández came on for Stanislav Lobotka, Denis Suárez and Pione Sisto, while Valladolid brought on Waldo Rubio, Rubén Alcaraz and Pedro Porro to replace Pablo Hervías, Míchel Herrero and Óscar Plano.
The referee booked Hugo Mallo from Celta, while for Real Valladolid Joaquín Fernández, Sergi Guardiola and Waldo Rubio saw a yellow card as well.
Celta with their next fixture against Leganés at away stadium, while Real Valladolid will face Real Sociedad at home stadium.
