The Slovenian goalkeeper kept a clean sheet in Atletico's destruction of Osasuna

Slovenian goalkeeper Jan Oblak set a new record in La Liga against Osasuna when he hit 100 games for Atletico Madrid without conceding a goal. He became a clean sheet centurian. He needed 181 games to get there, beating Manuel Reina (Pepe's dad), who did so in 222 games in his day.

The Slovenian leads the classification ahead of other goalkeepers like Victor Vales and Andoni Zubizarreta, who needed 227 and 248 games to do so. They are followed by Luis Miguel Arconada, 254 games, and Iker Casillas with 307.

Oblak has the Zamora trophy within his reach too. He's let in 22 goals in 29 games, ahead of Getafe's David Soria (27 in 29), and Marc-Andre ter Stegen (29 in 28).

The goalkeeper spoke of his record after the Osasuna game. "I don't look at the numbers and all that much. Sure, it's a nice number, pretty, but I hope it doesn't stop there and I will try and keep a clean sheet in every game between now and the end of the season."
