Let's face it, sometimes football players make some very bold decisions when it comes to their look and their style. Their image is important to make their personal mark and for that reason they sometimes make some questionable calls when it comes to choosing how they will appear on and off the pitch.
In the case of Sergi Roberto, it has to be acknowledged that his change of look suits him, although not everyone is in agreement. The Barça midfielder has dyed his hair completely platinum blonde. It's true that on paper it does not sound great, but the truth is that it fits his style well, so it is not a massive shock.
Not everyone has the same opinion, though. Teammate Riqui Puig decided that "🤦🏼♂️" was a sufficient response. Meanwhile, some fans have literally asked: "What have you done, Sergi!?" However, the majority appear to be in favour of Roberto's new look as he prepares for preseason with Barça.
