The World Cup party continued in the South American country on Tuesday night

The Argentina national team continued their World Cup party in the province of Santiago del Estero on Tuesday, where they crushed Curaçao 7-0.

The match was again an opportunity to continue, this time in the interior of the country, the celebrations for winning the World Cup in Qatar.

Lionel Messi had his own reason to rejoice: he scored three goals, taking his tally in the blue and white jersey to 102, while his total goals tally is now 803. His hat-trick was the highlight of events 1,000 kilometres north of Buenos Aires.

Last Thursday, Argentina had hosted Panama at River Plate's Monumental stadium. Almost one and a half million fans competed for the 60,000 tickets available.

On Tuesday, it was Curaçao in the north and, in addition to Messi's goals, Nicolás González, Enzo Fernández, Ángel Di María and Gonzalo Montiel also scored.

The song that resonated in Qatar and took on a global dimension, "Muchachos", was sung in the stadium by the group La Mosca: "muchachos, ahora nos volvimos a emocionar, quiero ganar la tercera, quiero ser campeón mundial..." (Boys, now we're excited again, I want to win the third, I want to be world champion).

The fans danced in the stands. The players did it on the pitch.
