The Norway international is suffering from muscular problems

It's not confirmed, but it doesn't look like good news for Erling Haaland and Borussia Dortmund. The Norway striker got injured at the weekend, coming off in the 60th minute after opening the scoring against TSG Hoffenheim.

Two days on, Dortmund have shared on their website the following update: "Haaland was examined in detail on Sunday and Monday. According to the medical report, the Norwegian is suffering from muscular problems, which will require treatment and further examinations in the coming days."

Dortmund did not give any more details, but Bild did, suggesting that Haaland could be out for up to six weeks.

"We hope that Erling will be back to full fitness as soon as possible and can get back to doing what he loves the most - scoring goals for BVB," the German club added,

It's the third injury the Barcelona target has suffered this season. So far, he has missed 10 games.
