The midfielder was voted MVP of the 4-0 win over Chelsea in Sweden
Midfielder Aitana Bonmati was one of the protagonists in the Champions League final having scored one of the four goals in Barca’s 4-0 win over Chelsea.
“I have no words, I’m in shock,” she told TV3. “I am very proud of the team, we’ve worked for many days, and fought for many years. It’s a dream come true. We’re there forever, we’re eternal.”
The midfielder recognised the work put in at the club.
“It’s a unique moment, the club worked for many years to live this moment. Everything is thanks to the work of everyone and the staff. We did it. Visca Barca and visca Catalunya!”
