Bakero and Amor appointed as chiefs of Barcelona youth system
Barcelona have named Bakero and Amor as replacements for Pep Segura
Bakero and Amor will be in charge of Barça B, Juveniles A and B
FC Barcelona have appointed Jose Maria Bakero and Guillermo Amor, both former players, as the new heads of the formative football section. Bakero and Amor will be in charge of the Barcelona B and Juvenil A and B sides.
Both will cover the absence of Pep Segura, who has been appointed the club's new sporting director - and will have the pair report to him. Bakero and Amor were both part of the Dream Team that won the Wembley 92 Champions League final.
Bakero previously was an assistant to Serra Ferrer and Van Gaal at Barcelona, while Amor was the chief of youth football during Joan Laporta's era as president.
