Cristiano Ronaldo will be among the crowd at the Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday. The forward has taken advantage of Juventus’ game against Inter being postponed due to coronavirus to travel to Madrid for the game between Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Given various circumstances, the Portugal forward had not been able to return to his former stadium since he left for Turin in the summer of 2018.
Ronaldo travelled to Madrid on Sunday and plans to follow the game from a private box. He will support his ex-teammates. Afterwards, he is likely to head down to the dressing room to catch up with his friends and former coach, Zinedine Zidane.
Ronaldo is in his second season at Juventus. During that time he has been seen very little in Madrid, where he spent nine seasons as a player.
