PSG are worried the Brazilian star might not be fit to play his former side
Neymar left the pitch injured against Caen. The PSG forward was hurt in the cup game, apparently with a thigh problem after Yago’s challenge. He went to the dressing room for treatment.
In six days time, Barcelona face PSG in the Champions League last 16. The ex-Blaugrana forward’s presence is not assured.
Neymar did not start the last game against Marseille after his birthday. He came on with 26 minutes to go.
PSG only have one of their front three in top condition now, with Angel di Maria also injured.
Neymar has missed 14 games this season and with a new problem is a serious doubt to face Barca. He did wear the captain’s armband for the first time, but it won’t be a day he remembers happily.
