Full Copa del Rey draw as Barcelona set for visit to Athletic Club

Barcelona will visit San Mames to face Athletic Club in the last 16 of the Copa del Rey after Friday's draw pitted the competition's two most successful clubs against each other.

Elsewhere, Espanyol will travel to San Moix for an all-LaLiga affair against Mallorca, while second division Girona will welcome Rayo Vallecano at Montilivi.

Of the non-Catalan teams, Real Madrid will face Elche away from home and Atletico Madrid have a tricky tie in San Sebastian against Real Sociedad.

The last 16 games will be one-off games played later this month across several dates. The ties involving the non-Spanish Supercopa sides will be played the weekend Jan.15, while the three ties involving the four Supercopa sides (Madrid, Barça, Atletico and Athletic) will be played on Jan. 19 or Jan. 20.
