Copa del Rey semis: Athletic draw Granada, La Real to meet Mirandes
There could be a Basque derby in the final after Athletic and La Real were kepy apart
Athletic Club will take on Granada in the semifinal of the Copa del Rey after elimination Barcelona on Thursday.
The other tie will feature Real Sociedad, who knocked out Real Madrid, and second division side Mirandes.
The semifinals will be played over two legs, with all the previous rounds until the stage played over one game as part of the new format.
Athletic weathered a storm against Barca before Iñaki Williams struck in stoppage time to set up a semifinal against Granada, who knocked out holders Valencia on Tuesday.
La Real, meanwhile, beat Madrid 4-3 at the Bernabeu on Thursday, although they had been 4-1 up at one stage and had to hold on with 10 men at the end.
Mirandes have beaten La Liga sides Villarreal and Sevilla on route to the final four, where they become the non-La Liga first team since... Mirandes in 2012 to reach this stage.

The first leg will be played on or around Feb, 12, with the return legs played on or around March 4. The final will be played at La Cartuja in Seville.
