Ronald Koeman: I am not afraid of Real Madrid
The Dutch coach is prepared for Sunday's Clasico and is not feeling the pressure, he says
Ronald Koeman believes in his team. He spoke to the media ahead of the Clasico and says he feels no fear.
“It’s a big game. We have show we’re on a good path and the result is important too. We have to play without any fear and want it from the start of the game.”
On who are the favourites, Koeman said that nobody is, but Madrid have “more experienced” players in some departments.
“I don’t know if people aren’t confident,” said Koeman. “But we are. There’s no clear favourite. We’re at home, we have the fans by our side. We don’t have any fear. Both teams are playing for a lot, (but) the final result won’t be decisive.”
