CdS: Inter willing to cut price of Barça target Lautaro Martinez

The Italians would accept 90 million now having previously insisted on 111 million

Inter Milan are ready to drop the price for Lautaro Martinez after seeing how desperate the Argentine is to sign for Barcelona.

With the 111 million euros release clause expiring, Inter are now open to negotiating a new price for Martinez, who Barça have targetted as Luis Suarez's long-term successor.

According to  'Corriere della Sera,' Inter are now asking for 90 million, although Barça are still keen to negotiate and would prefer to include a player in exchange to further slash the cost.

The fact that Martinez has shown his desire to play for Barça has forced Inter to re-thing their strategy, having previously insisted they did not want to sell.

For now, that means a 21 million euro reduction, but there is still a long way to go and many twists to happen in the transfer market.
