Zubimendi is a Busquets fan but is unaware of Barcelona interest
The midfielder will come up against Barça for La Real this weekend
Real Sociedad midfielder Martín Zubimendi has praised Barcelona's Sergio Busquets, the player many say he could replace at Camp Nou, in an interview with Noticias de Guipuzkoa.
"Busquets has done a lot of damage to the rest of us midfielder and I am a long way from being like him, to be honest. He has done so much," he said.
The Basque, who is a player that Barça likes a lot precisely as a replacement for Busi, added that he is not aware of the reports that place him at Camp Nou."
"I am focused on Real," he said. "It is good that teams great can say that, although I don't know if it's true, but I'm focused here and that's it".
Zubimendi has been surprised by Barça's summer, who they will face this weekend: "They didn't have a lot of money and they ended up signing a lot of players. They have built a great team."
