Xavi: Ousmane Dembele's situation has not changed
The coach left Dembele out of his squad to face Athletic Bilbao on Thursday
Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez shut the door on a return to action for Ousmane Dembele during his contract stand-off. “The situation with Ousmane has not changed. He knows what it is and he has to decide.”
Dembele was left out of the squad to face Athletic in the Copa del Rey and he will not be involved in the clash with Alaves on Sunday it seems. Although Xavi said “the list comes out tomorrow”.
Dembele is out of contract in the summer and has not signed a new deal despite repeated offers from Barcelona.
