There could be incomings and outgoings at Camp Nou this week

The transfer window is in its final week and Barcelona are working on a number of deals, both in terms of incomings and outgoings.

Carles Aleña has already left for Real Betis on loan and, following an injury to Luis Suarez, who's out for four months, the club have confirmed they want another No.9.

The debate in the striker search focuses on signing a short-term option as an emergency or trying to close a deal for top-level player this month. They would prefer the first option but need to convince clubs to let players leave on loan.

Valencia's Rodrigo Moreno is the top target. Barça are waiting to here from the club's owner, Peter Lim, on if a deal will be possible. If not, they will pursue Plan B -- they have another 'secret' option on the table.

POSSIBLE EXITS

Numerous players could leave the club, meanwhile. Ivan Rakitic is still wanted by Juventus, who could return this month if Emre Can moves to Borussia Dortmund. The Croatian won his place back in the team under Ernesto Valverde but was only used off the bench by Quique Setien at the weekend.

Elsewhere, winger Carles Perez is set to move to Roma after Barça told him he wasn't in their plans. A loan with an obligatory buy clause is expected to be the outcome of negotiations between the two clubs.

Right-back Moussa Wague is also likely to leave on loan, as Jean-Clair Todibo did for Schalke 04. The Senegal international is behind Sergi Roberto and Nelson Semedo in the pecking order and has interest from Italy.

Young striker Abel Ruiz is another name on the table. He was close to a move to Sporting Lisbon but that has gone cold for now. His future may depend on Barça's ability to land Rodrigo -- or another forward -- before Friday.
