What Ousmane Dembele wants from Chelsea
The French winger can leave for any club he likes at the end of the month for free
There are less than two weeks left on Ousmane Dembele’s contract. Chelsea are in pole position to sign him.
Xavi has relied heavily on Dembele and the Frenchman became more or less undroppable. He missed just five games from November onwards, three as ‘punishment’ for not signing a new deal, one as a sub and one out from coronavirus.
Dembele has felt himself an essential player this season, something he wants again next year, at his destination.
The Sun say the Frenchman is willing to sign for Chelsea if Thomas Tuchel makes him a starter and not a player who come on to change the game or is rotated. The Blues have several wide options, including Pulisic, Ziyech, and Hudson-Odoi.
