The English club are not happy with the way the forward left the club

According to the Express and Star, West Bromwich Albion will report Barcelona to FIFA because they have not yet stumped up the cash for Louie Barry.

Barça signed the out-of-contract 16-year-old earlier this summer, with WBA due around 235,000 pounds in compensation as development rights.

However, reports claim Barça have not yet paid the money and the English side are ready to take the case to world football's governing body.

Barry turned down a huge offer from Paris Saint-Germain to complete a move to Barça in July, with Juventus and Manchester United among the other teams interested in the teen.

WBA were also upset that Barça announced thee deal before it had been ratified by the English FA.
