The Barcelona coach spoke ahead of the game against Sevilla this weekend

Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde spoke to the press ahead of Saturday's game against Sevilla at Camp Nou in La Liga.

Following the loss to Granada, Barça have won three in a row and Valverde said in good humour: "Here you can hit rock bottom on Monday and by Wednesday you're back on top of the world. And the reverse. We're doing OK, now we want to beat Sevilla this weekend."

He also said:

International break:  "We would prefer all the players to go with their national teams. It would mean they're not injured and they're playing well. But not as many are going this time and it won't do us badly. We can do more sessions and more preparation. After these 15 days, we have key games in the league and the Champions League and we have to be ready."

Arthur: “We have options in the middle, that's clear. There are a lot of players. Arthur wasn't involved at the start of the season but he's at a really good level now. Arturo Vidal came on at a key moment the other day and played really well. Competition is always good."

Messi and Suarez: "They're both recovered (from recent injuries) and we will see if they play 90 minutes. They're fundamental. Games are going to help them. Tomorrow's an important game, too."

Griezmann and Dembele: "Not all positions are fixed in the team. Each game is different. They can play together or one or the other can play. We also have Carles Perez, who did well against Getafe, and Ansu... We will see."

Seville: “Games against them are always intense, home or away. They've started especially well away from home, winning three from four. Against Real Madrid, they played well, with a lot of intensity and using the width. They can do damage. It's a fundamental game and we want to go into the break with good feelings."
