Valverde: "El Clasico will go ahead without any problems in Barcelona"
The coach doesn't expect there to be any further delays or rescheduling when it comes to the massive LaLiga clash
Barça head coach, Ernesto Valverde, is "convinced" that there won't be any more delays to 'El Clasico' and the fixture will go ahead on the 18th December.
"I believe we will play it now. I don't know up to what point it could be rescheduled (again)," joked Valverde. The original date for the fixture was changed due to the delicate political situation in Catalunya.
"The truth is I'm not worried at all about this topic. There are still 10 days to go and we have various matches before then. I'm convinced that the match will go ahead and without any problems," he insisted.
Authorities haven't told FC Barcelona of any reason or potential issue when it comes to the midweek contest.
