Two suspicious potential Barca renewals
The potential renewals are ones which many fans will not look kindly on
Sergio Busquets and Sergi Roberto are two great players, who are sometimes not treated as they deserve. But it's surprising that the duo are close to renewing their contracts, or at least that the club are considering it.
The argument is that they do not have substitutes. Why then, for example, is Nico on loan? And why was Bellerin signed?
Thinking about these renewals now is admitting bad planning and sending a message that will confuse the squad and fans, who more than continuity are hoping for renovation and big changes.
