The French centre back is a Barcelona target but the club are working on the finances still

If Chelsea, Bayern, PSG, Juve and Barcelona weren’t enough, Tottenham have joined the race for Sevilla defender Jules Kounde. According to the Mirror the coach Antonio Conte likes the Frenchman and would let Sergio Reguilon or Giovani Lo Celso move to Sevilla in part exchange.

The Diario de Sevilla is certain that Kounde will leave, with the club promising he can go in this summer window.

For now, Kounde is keen on coming to Barcelona, where Xavi Hernandez is very keen. We’ll have to see if his patience endures while the club wait to activate their second financial lever, or if he takes one of the offers on the table. With other clubs knowing Kounde likes Barca, they have gone about looking for alternatives, like Chelsea with Koulibaly and Nathan Ake, or PSG with Skriniar and Bayern with De Ligt.
