Barcelona are looking to add to their defence and are keeping a keen eye on Chelsea, where three defenders are out of contract at the end of the season.
Cesar Azpilicueta, Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger. It would be four but Thiago Silva renewed his deal until 2023 recently.
Barcelona have six players at centre back but not all of them are wanted to stay at Camp Nou.
Azpilicueta and Christensen are the players who stand out the most to Barcelona.
Azpilicueta wanted a two year deal plus one more optional year, but Chelsea aren’t keen on that and might let him go. He has a good relationship with a lot of Barcelona players from his Spain national team times, and is very versatile. Christensen also is ready for a change of scene, while Rudiger looked Madrid bound but seems to have changed his mind.
