The war building up for Barça target Adeyemi
The forward is wanted by the Catalan giants and many other sides
Karim Adeyemi is having a great season. The Salzburg player has scored 15 goals, three in the Champions League, and got two assists in 22 games. He has a contract until June 2024 and a current market value of 20m euros per Transfermarkt. He’s showing the good reports at Camp Nou about him aren’t wrong.
Barcelona have followed him for a long while and met a couple of times with his agent Thomas Solomon. The Catalans are keeping good tabs on the 19 year old but have made no firm decisions because Xavi has just arrived and there are other more short-term things to take care of.
Barcelona are on top of the situation but aren’t in pole position. Liverpool, Atletico, Real Madrid, Bayern and Dortmund are interested in him too. Dortmund are closest to signing him, potentially as a Haaland replacement. The war for Adeyemi is just beginning.
