There is one player for Benfica and one for Salzburg of interest to the Catalans

Barcelona’s sports department are working to keep track of all of the potential stars in world football. They were therefore paying close attention to the UEFA Youth League final in Nyon.

Benfica thrashed RB Salzburg 6-0 and one of the protagonists was Cher Ndour. The 17-year-old midfielder has shone in the second half of the season at Benfica. The Italian was doing well at Atalanta and decided to change clubs to take a step forward in his development. It was a success and various clubs, including Barcelona are interested. He scored in the 4-0 win over the Catalans in Lisbon. 

The other player Barca like is Roko Simic. The striker plays for Salzburg and made his UCL debut this season with a three-minute cameo. He has netted 13 goals in 19 games in the Austrian second division, while he has a further seven goals and three assists in the Youth League. AC Milan have been working to sign him for the last few weeks.
