The risk of lining up Ansu Fati against Osasuna

The winger was sent off against Espanyol and may have played his last first team minutes

Ansu Fati was sent off against Espanyol and missed the game against Real Valladolid as a result. Now Barca have a dilemma. If Barcelona decide to use him against Osasuna at Camp Nou on Thursday or not. It's an important game to try and stay in the title race.

If Fati was sent off again, he would not be able to play in the last game of the season against Alaves, but neither in Barca B's Segunda B play-off where they will try and get back to the second tier of Spanish football, something important for the club's academy.

They face Valladolid's B team in Malaga at 8pm on Sunday July 19.

It is because of the RFEF rule which says that a player cannot participate in any B team game until their suspension - in the first team- is served.
