The price of Robert Lewandowski
Barcelona are confident of reaching a deal with him but would have to agree a price with Bayern too
Barcelona are considering making an effort to sign Robert Lewandowski. The Catalans are hoping to sign him for 50 million euros, although would go up to 60m.
The player has a year left on his deal, until 2023, and Bayern won’t let him go cheaply.
The sides will have to negotiate, but his agent Pino Zahavi is a friend of Joan Laporta, so they will be able to strike a deal with the player quite easily. Lewandowski’s value is 55m euros per Transfermarkt.
Barcelona would give him a sizeable salary given he is still a player in top form and world class.
Goals have been a problem, at least until Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s arrival.
Memphis started well but then tailed off before injury.
