The club had a press conference on Tuesday morning to rake over the details from the shameful incidents

In his press conference, Barcelona president Joan Laporta and vice-president of the marketing area Juli Guiu gave details on how the 79,468 tickets were bought and distributed at the Barcelona vs Eintracht Frankfurt match.

The numbers were as follows:

Attendance - 79,468

Sold tickets - 34,435 (5,000 for away fans through UEFA)

Entradas VIP - 1,290

Invitations - 2,425

Season tickets - 37,746

Operations - 3,572

Of the bulk of sold tickets, Giui said 1,500 were sold at the ticket office, 23,427 online and 3,670 through tour operators, one of which was acting in bad faith.

The club said the problem was with the online sales, which rejected 27,000 requests from Germany until the system overloaded.

Laporta said 7,800 socios with season tickets also acted badly and sold tickets and they are looking at what to do in punishment while speaking with the legal department.
